Understanding Order Statuses

Every order on Overpowered goes through different stages depending on the type of service and its progress. This guide explains what each status means so you always know exactly where your order stands.

1. Queue (In Queue)

Your order has been paid and is waiting for a booster or seller to start working on it.

What this means:

  • The system is assigning the best available booster or seller

  • You may already see a first message in the order chat

  • If your service requires login & password, nickname, or any account details, you can safely submit them through the order chat or the secure fields when available

Typical duration:

Usually a few minutes, but may vary based on availability.


2. In Progress

Your booster or seller has started working on your order.

What this means:

  • Boosting: matches, wins, or rank progression have begun

  • Items/accounts/keys: your delivery is being prepared or executed

  • Coaching: your coach is coordinating or conducting the session

What you can do:

  • Follow live updates on the order page

  • Use the order chat to communicate directly

  • If the service requires login details or in-game nick, make sure they were correctly sent in the order chat (or updated if something changed)


3. Completed

Your order has been fully delivered or finished.

What this means:

  • Boosting: all wins, ranks, or objectives are complete

  • Accounts: login details were delivered

  • Items/skins/gold: the trade or delivery was completed

  • Game keys: the code was delivered

  • Coaching: your session has ended

Next steps:

  • Review your order and confirm everything was delivered as expected

  • If everything is correct, leave feedback and approve the completion

  • If something is missing or incorrect, contact support immediately


4. Awaiting Approval

Your booster or seller marked the order as delivered, and the system is waiting for your confirmation.

What this means:

  • Delivery is complete, but you must approve it

  • This prevents orders from being closed without your confirmation

  • If no action is taken, the order will auto-complete after a set period

What you should do:

  • Review the delivery carefully

  • If everything is correct, approve and leave feedback

  • If a service required login details or account access, ensure everything is still accessible

  • If something is missing or wrong, contact support before approving


5. Canceled

The order has been canceled by the buyer, seller, or support team.

Common reasons:

  • Wrong account details

  • Missing required information (login, password, nick, platform, etc.)

  • Payment issues

  • Buyer requested cancellation

  • Booster/seller unavailability

  • Issues preventing safe delivery

What happens next:

If a refund applies, it will be processed according to our refund policy.
Support may request additional information if needed.
