How Do I Access My Order Details and Start Your Service?
Once your order is placed, everything you need — delivery details, progress updates, chats, and instructions — is available directly inside your Overpowered account. This guide shows you exactly where to find it and how to get started.

1. Where to Find Your Order
After checkout, your order appears instantly in your Dashboard → Orders.
There, you can view:
Order status
Service type
Delivery details
Booster/Seller assigned
OP Coins rewards
Payment information
Click the order to open the full details page.
2. Order Details Page Overview
Inside your order page, you’ll find:
📦 Order Summary
Basic info like service type, selected options, delivery method, and order ID.
💬 Live Chat
Talk directly with your booster or seller.
Use this space to share required account info, preferences, or ask questions.
⚡ Progress Tracking
Follow every update in real time — match history, completed steps, delivery confirmations, and more (varies by service type).
👤 Booster/Seller Profile
See who is handling your service, including rank, verification badge, and experience.
3. How Each Service Type Starts
🔥 Boosting Services (LoL, Valorant, Rocket League, etc.)
Your booster is assigned automatically.
You’ll receive a message in the order chat.
If piloted boosting: enter your account login details in the secure fields.
If duo boosting: coordinate playtime directly through chat.
💎 Game Accounts (Smurfs)
You’ll receive:
Login + password
Region
Recovery information (when applicable)
Delivery is instant or near-instant depending on the seller.
🎮 Items, Skins, Gold & In-Game Currency
Your seller will contact you with instructions.
Delivery methods may include:
Trade window
In-game mail
Custom lobby
Direct redeemable code
Everything will appear inside the order chat.

4. What If Something Is Missing?
If you don’t see the required information or your booster/seller hasn’t reached out yet:
Refresh your order page
Check the chat tab
Verify your email for system updates
Still nothing after 10–15 minutes?
Click “Contact Support” and send us your Order ID — we’ll fix it immediately.

Most orders begin within minutes. Some may take slightly longer depending on availability.
• When do I get my account details for purchases?
