Inside Discord, you’ll find a Ticket System where you can open a support ticket directly with the team.

  • For more complex questions needing back-and-forth messages

You’ll receive updates in your ticket channel.


3. Internal Ticket System (For Active Orders Only)

If you have an active order on the site, you can open a support ticket directly through our built-in Overpowered ticket system.

  4. Describe your issue and submit the ticket
