Boosters communicate with customers only through the official tools inside Overpowered.gg. This ensures safety, prevents scams, and keeps all order information in one secure place. Here’s exactly how booster communication works — and what you can expect during your service.

1. All communication happens inside the Order Chat

Your booster will contact you only through the secure chat attached to your order.

They may:

  • Send a greeting message

  • Ask for preferences

  • Confirm details

  • Provide updates

  • Notify you when the service is complete

Boosters are not allowed to contact you anywhere else.


2. Zero External Contact Policy

Boosters are forbidden from contacting you on:

  • Discord DMs

  • Social media

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • In-game chat (unless the service requires duo queue)

  • Any external platform

If anyone claiming to be your booster messages you outside Overpowered.gg → it is fake.

Always ignore it and report it to us.


3. What boosters can message you about

Boosters may send messages related to:

  • Service start

  • Order status

  • Progress updates

  • Queue times

  • Preferences (champions, roles, agents, comp, server, etc.)

  • Login issues (if applicable)

  • Completion confirmation

Anything outside these topics is not allowed.


4. What boosters can NOT message you

Boosters must never:

  • Ask for payment

  • Ask for tips

  • Ask for your personal details

  • Ask you to contact them on Discord

  • Ask for email passwords or phone numbers

  • Pressure you for early approval

  • Request reviews or 5-star ratings

  • Send spam, insults, or unprofessional messages

These are violations and should be reported immediately.


5. Response time expectations

Boosters are expected to respond:

  • When they accept the order

  • When you send an important message (within reasonable time)

  • If they need account info or clarification

  • If a delay occurs

  • When they start and finish the service

They are not obligated to reply instantly while they are mid-game — but communication should remain consistent and respectful.


6. Communication for Duo Queue or Coaching

For Duo Queue or Coaching services, boosters may speak with you:

  • Through the game’s in-game chat

  • Through voice chat only if both sides agree

  • Or remain silent if you prefer

It’s your choice — boosters must follow your communication preference.


7. Booster communication is monitored

To ensure professionalism, all booster messages inside the platform are:

  • Logged

  • Monitored

  • Reviewed if needed

  • Protected under our safety system

This protects both the customer and the booster.


8. If communication ever feels off

If your booster:

  • Is rude

  • Asks for something suspicious

  • Becomes unresponsive

  • Contacts you outside the platform

  • Behaves unprofessionally

Contact support immediately. We can:
