Booster Rules & Responsibilities

Every booster on Overpowered.gg must follow strict rules to ensure safety, professionalism, and high-quality service. These guidelines protect both customers and boosters, and they are mandatory for anyone completing orders on our platform. Below are all the responsibilities boosters must follow — clearly explained.

1. Professional Behavior (Always Required)

Boosters must always:

  • Act professionally and respectfully

  • Play seriously — no trolling, feeding, or toxicity

  • Follow all game rules (no cheats, scripts, bots, etc.)

  • Maintain consistent performance

  • Complete orders in a reasonable timeframe

  • Use clean communication inside the order chat

Any unprofessional conduct results in penalties or removal.


2. Zero External Contact Policy

Boosters are strictly forbidden from contacting customers outside Overpowered.gg.

They must NOT:

  • DM clients on Discord

  • Add clients as friends

  • Ask for social media handles

  • Request contact by email, WhatsApp, or any other platform

  • Share personal contact info with customers

All communication must stay inside the order chat.

This protects both sides from scams, impersonation and account risks.


3. Account Safety Requirements

When a service requires login, boosters must:

  • Use only manual gameplay

  • NEVER use scripts, cheats, bots or third-party tools

  • Avoid suspicious behavior or long, unnatural sessions

  • Never change account settings, email, password or security info

  • Never spend the customer’s in-game currencies

  • Never message friends or accept friend requests

  • Never touch the in-game store/shop

  • Follow region-match or VPN rules when applicable

Boosters must ALWAYS treat the customer's account with maximum care.


4. Communication Responsibilities

Boosters must communicate only where permitted:

  • They must post an initial greeting in the order chat

  • They must send progress updates when appropriate

  • They must ask the customer if any preferences are needed

  • They must notify if a delay occurs

  • They must confirm when the service is completed

They may NOT:

  • Spam the customer

  • Request sensitive information

  • Ask for payments or tips

  • Ask the client to confirm the order early

  • Pressure the client for positive feedback

Communication must remain clean, respectful and helpful.


5. Following Client Preferences

When the customer provides preferences (champions, agents, roles, characters, decks, etc.), boosters must:

  • Follow the preferences exactly whenever possible

  • Notify the customer if a preference cannot be followed

  • Never ignore or dismiss preferences

  • Never troll pick or intentionally sabotage

Respecting preferences is mandatory, not optional.


6. Performance Standards

Boosters must maintain:

  • High win-rate

  • Good pacing and consistent progress

  • Stable match performance

  • Zero AFK or griefing behavior

  • Professional in-game conduct

They must complete orders within reasonable time expectations based on the service type.

Boosters who repeatedly underperform may lose access to orders.


7. Reliability & Availability

Boosters must:

  • Accept orders only when available

  • Avoid long periods of inactivity

  • Notify if they need a break or cannot continue

  • Deliver steady and predictable progress

If a booster becomes inactive, the order will be reassigned.


8. What Boosters Are NOT Allowed to Do

Boosters are strictly forbidden from:

  • Contacting clients outside OP

  • Asking for personal or extra login info

  • Logging into email accounts

  • Spending player currency or resources

  • Changing account details

  • Cheating or using any third-party tool

  • Purposely delaying the order

  • Requesting early approval

  • Asking for tips, reviews or favors

Any violation results in immediate action from our support and security team.
