Why Booster Changes Sometimes Happen

Most orders are completed by the same booster from start to finish. However, in some cases, your booster may be changed — and this is completely normal. Booster changes help keep your order moving quickly, safely, and smoothly. Here’s why this may happen and what it means for your service.

1. Booster became unavailable or inactive

Boosters are human — sometimes unexpected situations occur:

  • Illness

  • Technical issues

  • Power or internet outages

  • Personal emergencies

  • Sleep/time zone conflicts

  • Unexpected schedule changes

If a booster stops responding or isn’t able to continue, the order is reassigned to avoid delays.


2. Booster took too long to start

If your booster accepted your order but did NOT begin in a reasonable timeframe, we may:

  • Notify the booster

  • Give them the chance to start

  • Reassign the order if needed

We monitor start times closely to keep your order moving.


3. Booster is progressing too slowly

If the booster’s performance is below our expected pace, or significantly slower than normal, your order may be moved to someone more available or more efficient.

This is done to:

  • Reduce delays

  • Maintain quality

  • Ensure progress is consistent

You never lose progress — everything completed remains completed.


4. Booster is not following instructions or preferences

If a booster:

  • Ignores your champion/agent preferences

  • Does not respect your time restrictions

  • Fails to follow basic instructions

  • Plays in a way you are uncomfortable with

Support may reassign the order.

We want the experience to feel right for you.


5. Booster violated OP rules

If a booster breaks any policy, including:

  • Contacting clients outside the platform

  • Asking for personal info

  • Being rude or unprofessional

  • Unsafe boosting behavior

  • Not complying with performance standards

They are removed immediately, and your order is reassigned.


6. Customer requests a booster change

You can request a new booster at any time if:

  • You don’t feel comfortable

  • The booster isn’t communicating

  • The pace is too slow

  • You prefer someone else

  • Anything feels “off” to you

Our team will reassign your order quickly.


7. Booster changes do NOT affect your service

Changing your booster:

  • Does not reduce your progress

  • Does not reset your service

  • Does not cost anything

  • Does not delay the order long-term

Your new booster simply continues exactly where the previous one stopped.


8. Multi-booster cooperation (for large services)

For big services (long grinds, high ranks, large bundles), multiple boosters may work in shifts.
This is normal and helps speed up the process — not a sign of a problem.
