How Booster Assignment Works

After your order is confirmed, it goes into our internal booster queue. From there, the right booster for your game is notified and can accept the service. This article explains the full assignment process and what happens if the booster delays or becomes inactive.

1. Your order enters our internal booster queue

Right after payment, your order is placed in the Overpowered.gg booster queue.

Only boosters who match the requirements for that exact service will see it, such as:

  • The correct game

  • The correct region/server

  • The correct skill/elo requirement

  • Availability

  • Verified booster status

This ensures your order is only visible to qualified professionals.


2. Boosters are notified and review your order details

When your order appears in the queue, boosters of that specific game receive a notification.

They can view:

  • Service type

  • Region

  • Requirements

  • Customer preferences (if any)

  • Estimated workload

A booster who is both available and interested can then accept the job.


3. A booster accepts the order and becomes assigned

Once a booster clicks “Accept Order”, they officially become your assigned booster.

This means:

  • They are ready to begin

  • They have confirmed they meet the service requirements

  • They understand your preferences and details

  • They take full responsibility for completing your order

Assignment is based on booster interest + availability, not random selection.


4. What if the booster takes too long to start?

If the assigned booster:

  • Does not start shortly

  • Is slow to respond

  • Appears inactive

  • Seems to be delaying

Our team can reassign the order to a different booster.

You won’t be penalized, and you don’t need to do anything — the goal is to ensure your service starts smoothly and quickly.


5. Reallocation is fast and seamless

If a booster becomes unavailable or inactive, Overpowered.gg will:

  1. Remove them from the order

  2. Notify other eligible boosters

  3. Assign a new booster as soon as possible

This is normal and ensures consistent progress.


6. You can request a booster change anytime

If you’re not comfortable with your booster or feel something isn’t right, you can request a change at any moment.

Contact us and we’ll handle it immediately.


7. Communication and progress tracking

Inside your order page, you can see:

  • The name of your assigned booster

  • Booster’s progress and updates

  • Status tags (Queue, In Progress, Completed, etc.)

  • A dedicated chat to communicate with your booster

Everything is transparent and easy to follow.


8. Multi-booster support (for large services)

For very large orders (like 100+ matches, long grinds, or multi-day services), more than one booster may work in shifts to speed up the delivery.
This is coordinated internally and never affects your security.
