How to Leave Feedback

After approving the completion of your order, you’ll be asked to leave feedback. The feedback process has two steps: Rate your booster (public review on their profile) Rate your experience with Overpowered.gg (internal feedback)

1. Open Your Dashboard

  • Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner

  • Select Dashboard

  • Find your order in the table

Once completed, your order will show the button:

2. Click “Awaiting Feedback”

This opens a feedback modal.


Step 1 — Rate Your Booster

First, you rate your booster’s performance.

You can:

  • Give a star rating

  • Leave a comment

  • Highlight what they did well (communication, speed, professionalism, skill, etc.)

This booster review becomes public on their profile:

This helps future customers choose high-quality boosters.


Step 2 — Rate Your Experience With Overpowered.gg

Next, you evaluate your experience with the platform itself.

You can:

  • Leave a like/dislike

  • Share suggestions for improvement

  • Praise features you enjoyed

This feedback is internal and used to continuously improve our platform.


Step 3 — Leave a Review on Trustpilot

After leaving your internal feedback, you may choose to share a public review on Trustpilot.
This step is optional and helps new users learn about Overpowered.gg through real customer experiences.
