1. Card Payment Declined (via Stripe)
Most common reasons:
Bank blocked the transaction for security
(common for international or online gaming purchases)Insufficient funds or spending limits
3D Secure (verification code) failed
Incorrect card details
Card not authorized for international purchases
Prepaid / virtual cards restricted by the bank
VPN or proxy enabled during checkout
How to fix:
Try the payment again
Disable VPN
Use a different card
Call your bank to approve the transaction
Try Google Pay or Apple Pay (they use the same card but bypass bank filters)
2. PIX Payment Failed
PIX may fail if:
Your bank app is unstable or offline
Daily PIX limit reached
You scanned an expired QR code
The payment wasn’t confirmed within the time window
Connection issues between your bank and the provider
How to fix:
Refresh and generate a new PIX code
Try again with another bank app
Increase your PIX limit temporarily
Ensure your app has internet access
3. Crypto Payment Declined (via Coinbase Commerce)
Crypto payments may fail or appear “expired” because:
Blockchain network was too slow
Paid the wrong amount
Sent a different coin or network than the one selected
Didn’t include miner fees
Payment window expired before confirmation
Paid after the price refreshed
How to fix:
Pay the exact amount shown
Ensure you’re using the correct network
Increase the gas fee (ETH) if network is congested
Try again with a fresh checkout link
4. Google Pay or Apple Pay Declined
These methods may fail because:
Card attached to the wallet was declined by the bank
Wallet verification failed
Device not eligible at the moment
Security mismatch (Face ID / Touch ID not accepted)
How to fix:
Delete and re-add the card to Google/Apple Wallet
Try a different card
Use the browser checkout via card instead
5. “Payment Pending” but no order created
This happens when:
Your bank authorized the payment but did not confirm it
The transaction is still being verified
A temporary hold was applied to your card
Important: Pending authorizations are not charges and disappear automatically (usually in a few hours).
6. Anti-fraud Protection
To protect your account, our system may block payments when:
Suspicious activity is detected
Too many attempts were made in a short time
VPN/proxy is active
Billing address mismatched
The card name doesn't match the account owner
How to fix:
Disable VPN
Try again in a different browser
Make sure your card and billing info match
