How to Approve Service Completion

When your booster finishes the service, your order will move to “Awaiting Approval”. This means the booster marked the service as complete, and you can now review everything and approve it. Here’s how to do it:

1. Open Your Dashboard

  • Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner

  • Select Dashboard (first option in the side menu)

  • You will see your list of orders in a table

2. Look for “Awaiting Approval”

Find the order that shows a button labeled:

🟨 Awaiting Approval

This means your booster has finished the service and is waiting for you to confirm.

3. Click the “Awaiting Approval” Button

Clicking this button will open a confirmation modal.

Inside the modal, you will see:

  • A quick summary

  • A confirmation question

  • The button to approve the completion

4. Confirm the Approval

In the modal, click:

✔ Confirm / Approve

Once you confirm:

  • The order status becomes Completed

  • Your booster receives credit for finishing the service

  • You immediately unlock the Leave Feedback step

Approval is final and cannot be undone.

5. If Something Doesn’t Look Right

Do NOT approve the order if:

  • Something is missing

  • Progress looks incorrect

  • You think there was a mistake

  • You have questions about the result
